Following is a brief description of how we handle our development payments in conjunction with receiving your programming changes and website upgrades:

Most projects require payments for each phase of development as outlined in your customized proposal. For each phase, development will begin once the full amount or at least a 50% deposit is confirmed. Programming and development changes will be made directly to your website or to a temporary development site. Secured links to development site(s) will be supplied in cases where secrecy or security are required. Deposit payments must be 50% of the full payment amount. When final signoff of phase requirements is acquired, full payment is expected immediately. For clients whom only made a deposit, final payment is due before programming changes will be uploaded from the development platform to your website. Upon confirmation of final payment, all changes will be transferred to your website within 72 hours. If technical problems still exist after 72 hours, please contact us so we can take care of things in a timely manner.
